Menopause Studio

Embrace The Change

As a certified Menopause Coach and Life Coach, dedicated to helping women thrive through one of life’s most transformational phases – menopause.

Through my own journey with menopause, I have studied holistic health, nutrition, and psychology. I combine evidence-based knowledge with empathetic guidance to support women in managing symptoms, embracing lifestyle changes, and reclaiming their confidence.

As a menopause coach, I offer both individual 1:1 coaching sessions and supportive group sessions via Zoom.

Whether you’re in perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause, my goal is to be your ally – offering clarity, comfort, and personalised wellness strategies.

Let’s normalise menopause, break the silence, and build a thriving community for midlife women.

FAQs

Q Should I start hormone therapy

The benefits of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) usually outweigh the risks. Recent evidence says that the risks or serious side effects from HRT are very low. Older studies found potential risks of HRT and made people reluctant to take or prescribe it. But this view is now seen as out of date because it does not take into account the benefits as well as the risks. The benefits and risks of taking HRT depend on your age, your menopause symptoms and risk factors you have.

If you are under 60 years old, have menopause symptoms, and are not at high risk of breast cancer or blood clots, the benefits of HRT are likely to outweigh the risks. Talk to your GP, who will help you decide.
