Management & Leadership – CMI-accredited qualifications at Level 5 (ideal for new and aspiring managers) and Level 7 (for senior leaders, directors, and executives). Leadership is the only subject area where we offer both Level 5 and Level 7.
Coaching & Mentoring – unique in offering both CMI and ICF pathways:
CMI coaching starts at Level 5 and progresses to Level 7, suitable for managers who want to integrate coaching into leadership.
ICF coaching begins at Level 1 and Level 2, which are equivalent to postgraduate study and align with UK Level 7 standards. Learners don’t need Levels 3–6 to start ICF coaching.
Learners may choose CMI, ICF, or both accreditations together. Dual accreditation is available for those who want maximum recognition, with a small additional fee for combined registration.
Project Management – CMI-accredited Level 5 qualifications focused on applying structured project methodologies and developing practical skills that transfer across sectors.
Management Consulting – CMI-accredited Level 5 qualifications that build advanced consultancy skills and can support progression to Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) status.
