I booked London Imperial Chauffeurs two days before my flight for a night airport transfer from The Peninsula London to Heathrow Terminal 3. Travelling with a kid (my dog 🐶) means I plan everything carefully, so I did not want to risk my transport. Our driver Jaroslav was punctual, reliable, and very professional. I was a few minutes late coming down from the hotel and he kindly waited. Smooth journey, and he even reminded me about my water flask before I got out of the car.
